Marking babies "asleep" directly
Here's another needed idea: could we get a single button that inputs the current time for BOTH "put down for nap" and "fell asleep"? That way it's only one screen to load if they fall asleep in the stroller or in a car or something.

Time nursing
The nursing should have buttons start and stop. (Like the TotalBaby for Ipod). Instead of inserting how many minutes I nursed. It is easier to input: Started left, stoped left, Start right, Stop right. (TT gives you how long it took)

After we’ve launched the new version, we’ll see if it’s feasible to add a javascript based stopwatch function. thanks!

Bathing/Vaccines/Tummy Time
What about being able to track baths or tummy time for baby? I usually remember this stuff, but it is nice to know that EVERYTHING is in one place! Also a place to put vaccines/medical records would be cool. Or even a custom category to track/put notes of your own about babies mood or activities that day!

entering time - why must we type out 10:31PM (one handed) each time? How about a AM/PM toggle?
An iPhone vertical dial would be great! or a clock face for hours and minutes?
Just adding a toggle for AM/PM so we dont have to type it would be a major improvement.
Any other "avoid the keyboard at all costs" type interface enhancements would be most welcome. We are largely dealing with TT in one-handed mode...
Thanks!

Measurements - future enhancement
You could integrate a spreadsheet on the backend (http://exceltemplate.net/health/baby-growth-chart/) and generate a print view with baby's height / head circ / length over time plotted in a graph. We do this manually for peds appts now.

Integrated view of sleep and feeding data
I would loves to see the "full chart" sleep history with the nursing or bottle times represented. When I was looking for patterns and anomalies in my 2 month old's sleep patterns I'm found that the feeding patterns were crucial variables.
In general I would love an overall feeding view that shows both nursing and bottles (and heck maybe even solids) so I can see the pattern of eating represented for not only the current day (which you do have) - but the "full chart" type view that covers the last week and month?
Also - it would be awesome… more

Track potty usage
It would be useful to have an option (under diapers perhaps?) to track potty usage. We've been tracking this by co-opting "Open Air Accidents" but having a "Potty" selection would be nicer.

Previous Days' Records
I really like being able to see previous days' records in the form of a time graph for sleep. It would be great to see a similar graph for bottles, diapers, etc. for previous days. Right now, any day except today is shown only by a clumsy list, rather than the elegant time graph plotted against sleep that you get for the current day. More than once it's been a few minutes past midnight and I've cursed just missing my chance to see the day's data this way.
Thanks! New UI is looking great.

See twin's data on one sleep averages graph or probability chart
I would love to be able to see both of my children on one sleep averages chart. I'd also like to be able to see both children's probability graphs on one page. Actually, I'd like to be able to do that 2 ways - comparing them at the same age, and seeing both of their current charts together.

daily view and more
First off love the tracking! Helping me get a hold on wee ones doings! couple of ideas.
1)It would be helpful if there were a day summary of all tracking, start with first thing they did "ate at 4oz at 7 am" then "napped from 9-10am" etc, would help to be able to compare how days end up looking.
2) during nightime and naps a button for quick wakings that are soothed with just a touch so it doesnt interrupt the whole schedule, otherwise i have to go through the whole rigamarole of wake down sleep for a 1 minute… more12 votes -

Change nighttime or naptime sleep
Sometimes, when LO awakes very early, her 1st nap starts before 8:00. I would like to have the option to make this a Nap instead of having it automatically added to her overnight sleep (any sleep beginning before 8:00 is counted as night time sleep). This really throws off my numbers for the day.
Thanks!

Journal entries
It would be great if I could add separate journal entries for individual naps. The only way i can currently write notes for each nap is to type them all into the same box & then read the entire box to find information about a specific nap. Is it possible to be able to add comments to each individual nap so I can move the mouse over that nap & see my journal entry for that nap? thanks!

all feedings in one spot
This is a very helpful application and I really appreciate it. One recommendation to improve it: it would be very helpful to have all feedings (bottle and breast) integrated together. That way, we can see in one spot how frequently baby is eating.

Would not be cool to have a menu to track activities?
such as tummy time, walker, learning words, etc This is valuable data to compare with other parents,to know if the baby is spending enough time on their tummy compared with other kids of their same age

Diappers option
could you create and option where both regular and poopy can be selected, since must of the time when we use disposable diappers they have more of one regular plus the poopy

make "probability" a report, also add probability to feeedings
It is hard to read the "barcode" style probability chart, and it would be more useful to see it report style. Really, we just want to know the trends for when the kid is most likely to sleep everyday.
I also think it is important to add the probability feature to the bottle/feedings area. A nursing mom needs to know when she most needs to be available.

Measurements need their own tab
Currently the Measurements screen can only be accessed from the Home page, via the Measurements link near the top, or by its widget if you enable that one. Due to my tendency to obsess creating unhelpful stress levels, I had to stop tracking feedings entirely, and replace the nursing/bottle widget with the Measurements widget. I rely almost entirely on my son's growth and diaper counts to know if he is getting enough to eat, because when I track nursing, I obsess over the numbers and stress out to the point that it jacks with my milk supply.
Thus, I would… more

Not really digging the new nursing smart-timing
It's never quite right, I find it more confusing to have the program try to give me the times based on when I nursed. I also almost always nurse only on one side at a time so having to EVERY time delete one side and then the time gets screwed up again... it's a bit annoying. anyone else not liking the auto-counting change to the nursing "timers" input fields?

Average sleep calculation not correct
The average sleep calculation is not done correctly in my opinion. It should only look at full 24-hour periods. Instead it seems to even include the current day, even if that day is not complete yet.
Also, if you start using TT for a night time sleep, you enter a night time sleep at 7:30pm-6:30am, the 7:30pm-12:00am sleep will be counted, but there is no sleep from the night before (wasn't using Trixie yet), so you have to put a 12:00am-something sleep for the night before to make the average make sense.
